Know it stacks up. Keep it on track.
Moradis Consulting is led by Reza Moradi — owner-side across the three questions every project lives or dies on: should you do it, who runs it, and how the deal is structured. It starts with a written feasibility; from there, we run the development for you — as a service, or as your joint-venture partner.
Start with a free initial feasibility →What we do
Development feasibility
What the site can carry, what it will cost, what it returns — a written study on a fixed fee, tested before you sign rather than discovered after. Also one-off project reviews and owner’s advisory, the same way.
Development management — as a service
We run your development end to end as your development manager — consultants, approvals, budget, finance reporting, builder procurement and delivery through to completion — for a management fee agreed up front and reported against monthly. You stay the owner; we carry the running of it.
Development management — as a JV
Have the site but not the appetite to carry it alone? You bring the land; we bring the management and carry the work. A JV deed sets the order of returns — the landowner’s land value is recognised first, with profit shared on terms agreed up front. Every JV starts with the same written feasibility, so the numbers are agreed before any deed is drafted.
Joint ventures involve legal, tax and finance considerations. We’ll always recommend independent legal and financial advice before you sign anything — and put that in writing.
How an engagement runs
- The first look is free. Send your site through the free initial feasibility — you’ll get a written first-pass and leave knowing whether it’s worth going further.
- Feasibility first. A written assessment of the numbers before any bigger commitment — yours to keep either way.
- Then choose the structure. Development management as a service, or — for the right site — as a joint venture. The project decides; the feasibility tells us which it is.
Test your project
Send the address and where the project is up to — an idea, a contract about to be signed, or a build that needs a steadier hand — and Reza will come back to you.
